Refund policy

• We do not offer exchange/returns on our products unless the fault is at our end meaning that a wrong item has been sent. In case of a wrong item sent, please send us an email or whatsapp us within 7 working days of receiving your order. The correct item will be sent once we receive the returned product. The product will be accepted only in its original condition, unused, with the tags intact. Refund will be done if the item goes out of stock in the meantime.
