Shipping policy


ShopEthnico is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays, it takes 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched and 5-7 days to reach you depending on your location.

Shipping Policies :

DOMESTIC- 

  1. Free Domestic shipping above Rs. 1999/-
  2. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST and OCTROI (only for the state of Maharashtra)
  3. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 
  4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at shopethnico@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL-

  1. All international orders shall be accepted only through email or whatsapp.
  2. Payments can be done by international bank transfer.
  3. You will recieve tracking details on your email and whatsapp as soon as the product is dispatched.
  4. We use DHL for our international orders and we charge Rs. 3800/- per kilo. 
  5. Every international order ( if it is a saree) is given a complimentary finish with fall & hemming. So kindly give us at least a week's time for your product to be dispatched.
